Moose Lodge Ceremonial Sword/ Raspier Circa 1888-1900’s
Up for your consideration is this antique Moose
Lodge Ceremonial Sword Rapier manufactured between 1888 to the early 1900’s.
The sword was designed
and crafted after the Civil War Calvary Officer’s swords. This design and style
of swords were worn with the lodge’s dress regalia.
the name “Dahlquist” etched blade; knights head pommel and a figural bust of a
moose on the hand guard. The length of this rapier is 33 1/2" from the tip
of the rapier to the end of the hilt. The blade length is 28 ½” long from tip
and metal sheath is in very good condition! There are no nicks, chips or dents
on the blade or sheath. It does maintain
its original patina. I will leave the polishing and cleaning to its new owner.

PAYMENT: Payment is expected within three (3)
days after the winning bid has been determined. Item(s) will be shipped the
business day following the receipt of payment.
REFUNDS: If the physical condition of the item is not as described returns will be
accepted. Request for return must be reported within 7 days of delivery. The
return must be postmarked within 14 days and arrive in it's original condition.
Postage is not refundable and return postage is to be paid by the customer. By
bidding, you verify that you agree to the terms and conditions
SHIPPING: Shipping costs posted are an estimate
as we do not package items until they sell. Of course, we attempt to estimate
as close to actual as possible given the information available. Invoice will be
sent after the auction. If you find yourself as a winner of more than one of
our auctions, we are always happy to combine shipping costs. Please remember
that some items pack together much nicer than others. Once the item is
received; should there be a problem, Please contact me and let me know.
INSURANCE: Unless the high bidder advises us
otherwise, insurance will be included in the shipping and handling cost of
every fragile item. Given the treatment of some of the package, we consider
most of our items as “fragile”. If you receive a damaged or broken piece, email
us as soon as possible. Do not throw away the shipping box as the post office
will want to see its condition and that of the damaged item.
